Timesheet Templates
The format/design of the Timesheet and Expense windows found in the Employee and Manager Self Service can be defined using this window.

Prerequisites
- The template must exist in the Bulk Timesheet Template window.
Rules and Guidelines
- A template must be designed and allocated before employees can access Timesheets and Expense in Self Service.
- Filters can be applied to further control the layout of fields within the Timesheet and Expense windows that will be available to employees.
- When an employee opts to have a summary print out of the Timesheet and/or Expense records for submission, a PDF report of the records will be linked in the approval email/alert that is sent to the manager or admin.
Field Information
Enter a code of up to 10 characters that represents the name of the template.
Enter a description of the template.
Select the appropriate Timesheet template from the dropdown. The dropdown will have the templates that are set up on the Bulk Timesheet Template window.
Select the appropriate Expense template from the dropdown. The dropdown will have the templates that are set up on the Bulk Timesheet Template window.
Select the appropriate option from the dropdown.
Select the style of entry.

This section determines which fields are to be displayed on the Self Service Timesheet screen.
This is the actual payroll field name. This is read-only.
This field displays the description of the field name on the Self Service Timesheet window.
The description can be changed.
Should the field appear on the Self Service Timesheet window?
Option | Description |

Y | Display this field on the Self Service Timesheet window. |
N | Do not display this field on the Self Service Timesheet window. |
This controls the position of the field on the Self Service Timesheet window. The field must be set to visible to display in the correct order.
This field displays the name of the field.
This field shows the description of the field name and display.
Should the field appear on the Expense window?
Option | Description |

Y | Display this field on the Expense window. |
N | Do not display this field on the Expense window. |
